Co-Founder & Lead Coordinator
Caroline brings years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and event coordination from managing daily functions within a large academic campus environment. Her background includes organizing schedules and programs, coordinating field trips and transportation, managing communications across multiple platforms, and overseeing on-site logistics and safety.
With experience in marketing and promotion, Caroline created calendars, managed digital communications, produced large-scale projects from concept to completion, and designed business materials.
Her strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills translate seamlessly into event coordination, ensuring timelines run smoothly, vendors are aligned, and every detail is handled with professionalism and care.
