Mini Planning Package - $750
Perfect for wedding couples who already have the planning handled but would like an extra set of professional hands on the big day.
This package includes one Golden Events team member on-site for the event day with no strict hourly limit. We stay for what is reasonably needed based on the agreed service scope. This service is designed for weddings that do not require full coordination or timeline management, but still benefit from on-site support to help the day run more smoothly.
Your dedicated team member can assist with:
Decor setup
Guest table styling
Rehearsal coordination
Ceremony setup
Vendor assistance and light direction
Gift table and signage setup
Packing personal items at the end of the evening
General event support as needed throughout the day

Day-of Coordination Package - $1,800
Your wedding day should feel joyful, meaningful, and fully present, not like a day spent answering vendor questions, managing timelines, or solving last-minute problems.
Many couples spend months (or years) planning their wedding, only to realize in the final weeks just how many moving pieces still need to come together. Timelines need to be finalized. Vendors need direction. Family members start asking questions. Small issues begin piling up. And on the wedding day itself, someone needs to actually manage everything behind the scenes.
That’s where we come in.
Our Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding themselves but want an experienced professional team to step in during the final weeks to organize, coordinate, and execute everything seamlessly.
Beginning approximately 8 weeks before the wedding, we take over the logistical management of the event. We review your plans in detail, communicate with vendors, finalize timelines, coordinate the rehearsal, oversee setup, manage the flow of the wedding day, and handle the unexpected so you don’t have to.
Instead of worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes, you’ll be able to fully experience your wedding alongside the people you love most.

Partial Event Planning - $3,500
Our Wedding Planning & Coordination service is designed for couples who want to stay involved in planning their wedding while having experienced professionals guiding the process every step of the way.
This service combines hands-on planning support with professional coordination and management to help ensure every detail is organized, every deadline is met, and nothing falls through the cracks. We act as both a planning resource and accountability partner throughout the engagement, helping couples navigate decisions, logistics, vendor communication, and overall event flow with confidence.
From vendor recommendations and booking guidance to timeline development, wedding website assistance, layout planning, and ongoing planning check-ins, we help keep your wedding moving forward in a structured and manageable way. Whether you need help refining your vision, solving logistical challenges, organizing details, or simply knowing what needs to happen next, our team is there to provide direction and support throughout the process.
This service also includes full wedding coordination and event management, allowing you, your family, and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration while we oversee setup, vendor coordination, timeline execution, and the overall flow of the wedding day.

Complete Event Planning - $5,000
Complete Event Planning is our most comprehensive planning experience, designed for couples who want a trusted professional guiding every step of the journey from the very beginning.
From the moment you share your vision with us, we become your planning partner, helping transform ideas into a fully organized, thoughtfully designed, and professionally executed event. Whether you are starting with a detailed vision board or simply know you want an unforgettable celebration, we help bring every piece together while keeping the process organized, manageable, and enjoyable.
This service includes full planning support from initial concept development through the final moments of your wedding day. We assist with budget planning and management, venue research, vendor recommendations and coordination, design guidance, timeline development, logistics management, floor plans, communication with vendors, rehearsal coordination, and ongoing planning support throughout the process.
We also help keep you on track with important planning milestones and decisions, providing expert guidance, recommendations, and solutions along the way so nothing feels overwhelming or overlooked.
On the wedding day itself, our team manages setup, vendor arrivals, timeline execution, guest flow, problem-solving, and all behind-the-scenes coordination so you, your family, and your guests can be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

We know one of the biggest fears couples have is awkward transitions, technical problems, or a reception that loses momentum. With professional sound equipment, thoughtful coordination, and years of experience managing event flow and crowd energy, we help keep everything moving comfortably and confidently throughout the celebration.
Because our DJ services are offered in-house through Golden Events, communication is simpler and your entertainment works hand-in-hand with your timeline, coordination, and overall event vision.

Floral Design, Styling & Arranging - Starting at $500
Beautiful floral details can completely transform an event, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that reflects your unique style and vision. Whether you dream of lush fresh blooms or high-quality faux florals, our Floral Design & Styling service brings your wedding or event to life with thoughtfully curated arrangements and personalized designs.
From bridal bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony installations, welcome sign arrangements, sweetheart table florals, bud vases, centerpieces, and decorative accents, we design floral pieces that beautifully complement your color palette, venue, and overall aesthetic.

Our Floral Design & Styling service begins at $500, which includes your floral consultation, custom design, sourcing guidance, arrangement creation, and professional styling. The cost of flowers and floral materials is not included and is billed separately based on your selected floral choices and overall design.

Bartending Services - Starting at $850
A great bar is about more than pouring drinks, it’s another part of the guest experience! Golden Bubbles provides professional bartending and beverage service designed to keep your bar organized, welcoming, and running smoothly from the first pour to the last call.
Whether you’re keeping things simple with beer and wine or offering a full bar with cocktails, our team handles the behind-the-bar details so you don’t have to. Service can include beer and wine, simple mixed drinks, customized signature cocktails and mocktails, along with non-alcoholic beverage service for guests of all ages.
Our bartenders arrive with the professional tools and equipment needed for service and take care of bar setup, organization, service throughout your event, and breakdown at the end of the night. We can also set up and maintain a self-service beverage station for client-provided water, lemonade, tea, soda, or other non-alcoholic options.
Bartending packages are available for celebrations of all sizes, with service options based on your guest count and beverage selections. Alcohol, mixers, ice, cups or glassware, and other consumable bar supplies are provided by the client, giving you the flexibility to choose the brands, beverages, and budget that work best for your event.
From champagne toasts and signature cocktails to keeping the water station full, Golden Bubbles helps make sure your guests always have something good in hand.
Additional Event Staffing - Starting at $200
Sometimes you don’t need another vendor, you just need more hands.
Golden Events offers additional event staffing to help with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your celebration organized, polished, and running smoothly. Whether you need help preparing the space before guests arrive, keeping things tidy throughout the event, assisting with transitions, or packing everything up at the end of the night, our event staff can step in wherever extra support is needed.
Our team can assist with tasks such as décor setup and breakdown, table and chair setup, placing linens and place settings, ceremony-to-reception transitions, replenishing guest areas, clearing tables, managing gifts and personal décor, packing client-provided items, and general event support throughout the day.
Additional staffing can be added to a Golden Events planning or coordination package, or booked as a standalone service when you already have the plans in place but need a reliable team to help bring everything together.
Because every event has different staffing needs, recommendations and pricing are based on your guest count, venue requirements, event timeline, scope of work, and the number of team members needed.
Additional staff are booked at $50 per hour, per staff member. A minimum of 4 hours is required to book this service.
Business & Social Events - Starting at $1,000
Not every celebration comes with a wedding dress.
From company gatherings and community events to milestone birthdays and private celebrations, Golden Events provides professional planning and coordination for events of all kinds.
