This package includes one Golden Events team member on-site for the event day with no strict hourly limit. We stay for what is reasonably needed based on the agreed service scope. This service is designed for weddings that do not require full coordination or timeline management, but still benefit from on-site support to help the day run more smoothly.

Guest table styling
Ceremony setup
Vendor assistance and light direction
Gift table and signage setup
Packing personal items at the end of the evening
General event support as needed throughout the day
