Our Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding themselves but want an experienced professional team to step in during the final weeks to organize, coordinate, and execute everything seamlessly.

Beginning approximately 7 weeks before the wedding, we take over the logistical management of the event. We review your plans in detail, communicate with vendors, finalize timelines, coordinate the rehearsal, oversee setup, manage the flow of the wedding day, and handle the unexpected so you don’t have to.
